Amendment Proposal

• Proposed amendments must be submitted to the TJCL Parliamentarian at least one month prior to the TJCL convention
  
• Copies of amendments will be sent out to all chapters two weeks before the TJCL convention. If the TJCL Parliamentarian deems it necessary, they will be read at the first session of GA. 
  

Amendment Voting

• Time: final session of GA
  
• Each chapter present at the TJCL convention has one vote.
  
• A two-thirds majority is required for adoption
