Conditions for impeachment
  • Failure to perform duties
  • Inappropriate behavior towards fellow officers

Who may impeach
  • Any member of the Executive Board​

Process
  • File a bill of impeachment with a State Chair describing the reasons for the bill
  • The Executive Board shall serve as a jury
  • Removal from office if there is a majority vote
