Section 7. Quorum
Quorum Rule: a certain number of members must be present for voting to be conducted
- A quorum shall consist of at least one-half of the chapters in good standing that have registered for and are present at the TJCL convention.
- If a quorum does not exist, then the TJCL Parliamentarian, with the guidance of the State Chairs, shall determine the voting procedures.

If a chapter that is registered at the TJCL Convention is unable to be present during voting, it may deposit a sealed proxy vote with the TJCL Parliamentarian.

The Executive Board will determine electoral procedures in unusual circumstances.
