Procedure for general voting:

• Secret ballot
  
• Majority rule
  
• Number of votes per chapter:
  
  • Two if in good standing and a delegate from that chapter was present at NomCom
    
  • One if not in good standing or in good standing but no delegate was present at NomCom
    
• Abstentions will be counted toward the total in determining what constitutes a majority
  
• Tie: President casts deciding vote
