Consists of one member from each chapter attending the annual TJCL Convention and is presided over by the TJCL Parliamentarian.

Consists of one member from each chapter attending the annual TJCL Convention and is presided over by the TJCL Parliamentarian.
- Purpose: to select two candidates that will appear on the ballot for the general elections
- Time: prior to elections
Nomination Restrictions
- Candidates can only be nominated by the delegate from their chapter and only with the written approval of their sponsor.
- No chapter may nominate more than two candidates. A candidate may serve as the voting delegate for their chapter, provided that they recuse themselves during the NomCom’s consideration of that candidate.
